Founded by Siavash Haji Akbari Fini, Bright Compass Immigration Services stands as a testament to Siavash's passion and commitment to helping individuals navigate the complexities of immigration. Siavash's journey began in Iran, where he completed his Master's degree before relocating to Vancouver, BC, to pursue a PhD at the University of British Columbia. His relocation to Montreal in 2016 marked the beginning of his career in the immigration industry. Over the years, Siavash has gained extensive experience working with prestigious law firms and investment companies such as Sherbrooke Street Capital, Renaissance Capital Inc., and Industrial Alliance, specializing in Quebec Immigration Investor applications.

After successfully managing hundreds of files and gaining invaluable experience under the supervision of several esteemed lawyers, Siavash decided to establish his own immigration company in Vancouver in 2021. Recognizing the critical labor shortage in Canada, he also founded Angler Recruitment Agency. In 2024, he expanded his ventures to Halifax, Nova Scotia, further broadening the reach of his services.

Siavash has successfully finalized hundreds of applications, focusing primarily on Investor and Entrepreneur programs, Permanent Residency programs, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA) and various work permit streams. His extensive experience extends to unique and complex cases, including Temporary Residence Permits, inadmissibility issues, Pre-Removal Risk Assessments, and Humanitarian and Compassionate applications.
