Temporary Resident

All non-Canadian citizens who wish to enter Canada must have the necessary authorization. A visitor visa is one form of authorization that grants individuals entry into Canada for a period of up to six months. Inadmissibility & TRP

Inadmissibility refers to being ineligible to enter or remain in a country. If someone is found inadmissible, they face immigration enforcement, losing their status and being removed from Canada.

The grounds of inadmissibility are:
